I’m Erandi “Esmeralda” Martinez, a Marine Corps veteran and New Jersey real estate professional. The military taught me the importance of discipline, loyalty, preparation, and taking care of the people beside you—values that continue to guide the way I serve my clients today.

Since entering real estate, I’ve helped families, first-time buyers, sellers, veterans, and investors navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
